About this plot

Located in Section 4, Lot 203, Spaces 2 and 3 West. This section has a lake but these are not directly by the lake. Cemetery is asking $8390, I am asking $4995 OBO and I will split for $2750 each. Total transfer fees are $300 for both, willing to split with buyer at this price. Highly motivated seller, I need to purchase other lots in a cemetery with family members.
