About this plot

I have two plots located in the "Pioneer Garden" section - 18N 23W E #s 3&4 (horizontal grave markers only); which they list at $5,000 each, and I'm looking for $7,000 for the pair. They're located in an old region of this gorgeous cemetery and boarded by tall poplar trees.
