About this plot

4 plots located in prime beautiful location in North Shore Garden of Memories. These are located in a peaceful, shady area in a highly desired location near the office, as they were purchased in 1917 during the Spanish influenza. These were appraised by the Garden of Memories at $2595 each. We would be willing to split into 2 pairs at $4,200/pair, or $7,950 for all four lots. Transfer fees will be paid by seller.
