Methodology & data notes

These figures are listed resale asking prices on the Eturnal Rest marketplace, not sold prices. They are drawn from 3690 active plot listings as of Q3 2026. A listing is included when its price is above $10 and below $90,000 and its status is active; listings whose title contains "sold" are excluded because migrated Shopify-era rows were mis-titled rather than status-flagged. Per-state, per-city, and per-plot-type figures use the same listings, joined to cemetery location by slug. City figures are shown only for cities with at least 8 listings to avoid noisy small samples. Time-to-sell and days-on-market are not reported: all listings share the same marketplace migration date, so that signal does not exist in the data. Prices are rounded to whole dollars.

  • Asking prices, not sold prices. Every figure on this page is a listed resale asking price on the Eturnal Rest marketplace. Nothing here represents a completed sale.
  • Sample. 3,690 active listings as of Q3 2026, after excluding 256 listings whose titles were flagged “sold” and 39 placeholder prices.
  • Time to sell is not reported. All listings share the same marketplace migration date, so days-on-market and time-to-sell cannot be measured from this data and are not published.
