Anticipating the growth of the area, the Association obtained 20 acres of land on Ridgefield Road. In 1940, this became Crystal Lake Memorial Park located at 8012 Ridgefield Road, 1/4th of a mile north of Route 14. It is a place of serenity and beauty, shaded by mature trees of many varieties. Our Grounds - trees, shrubs, lawns, and roads are maintained by our staff year round. There are 2 columbaria for the resting of cremation remains. A catholic section was opened in 1952 and expanded in 1978. Rev E.A.McCormick is buried here. In 1980 a beautiful non-sectarian section was established featuring our Peace Monument. There is also a Veterans Memorial area for burial. We invite you to drive through our Crystal Lake Memorial Park and see its beauty from the early greening of spring, through the flowers and birds of Summer, the colorful foliage of Fall, to the snows of Winter.
