Collection: Glen Eden Memorial Park (West) - Livonia

We began serving the community when a small group of Lutherans started the cemetery in Livonia, Michigan in 1929. The original landscape was dirt roads in the midst of sprawling farmland. Now, after nearly 100 years, Glen Eden continues serving families of all Christian faiths in four sites in the Detroit area, with the highest standards of individual care and understanding.

The very name of Glen Eden recalls the home God made for Adam and Eve, our first parents – the Garden of Eden – and, a Glen is a place of peace, tranquility, and renewal of faith, hence the name “Glen Eden.”

Non-profit and financially secure, an endowment trust fund provides the resources for Glen Eden’s perpetual care and quality of service, securing its place in our community for generations.
