Collection: Sunset Gardens of Memory - Millstadt

Since 1956, Sunset Gardens of Memory has been in operation. It is located in Millstadt, Illinois on the east side of the Mississippi River which divides the two states, Missouri and Illinois. The cemetery faces the historic landmark, The Gateway Arch. The road leading into the grounds of the cemetery is lined with beautiful trees, A “Picturesque Site” that sits atop rolling hills, and on a clear day, one can admire the Old Stan’s Lake and mini lakes. It sits on approximately 29.8 acres of land and occupies over 100,000 grave sites, where over 28,000 people are interred.
