Bought in 1981, this Crypt is now for sale, the owner buried elsewhere. According to people at Oakmont Memorial Park, there are only three open crypts in the Garden Of Tranquility Mausoleum, the other two are owned by Oakmont and they are asking the full price of the crypt, $26,481. If these plots were available for purchase through the cemetery today they would cost $35,000 each for a total of $140,000. I am offering all four for $22,500 per space in pairs, or $90,000 for all four, transfer fee paid by the buyer. For information regarding the transfer fee please contact the cemetery. These prices include the $16,000 double-depth pre-installed lawn crypts. I have moved away from the Bay Area and have no family left in this region so I have decided to sell the plots.
