About this plot

Bought in 1981, this Crypt is now for sale, the owner buried elsewhere. According to people at Oakmont Memorial Park, there are only three open crypts in the Garden Of Tranquility Mausoleum, the other two are owned by Oakmont and they are asking the full price of the crypt, $26,481. We are asking $20,000 or best offer. The exact location is Wall 300, Crypt 354, Tier D. This is INSIDE the Mausoleum.
