About this plot

If these plots were available for purchase through the cemetery today they would cost $35,000 each for a total of $140,000. I am offering all four for $22,500 per space in pairs, or $90,000 for all four, transfer fee paid by the buyer. For information regarding the transfer fee please contact the cemetery. These prices include the $16,000 double-depth pre-installed lawn crypts. I have moved away from the Bay Area and have no family left in this region so I have decided to sell the plots.
